2. Professional Services & Engagements

All custom software engineering, AI agent development, dedicated team augmentation, and cloud advisory engagements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Emperor Brains LLP and the respective client.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and an executed SOW/MSA, the executed agreement shall take precedence.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, proprietary code, brand materials, and website content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Emperor Brains LLP or our licensed partners. Custom software deliverables developed for clients are assigned according to the terms of the applicable client contract upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

The content provided on this website is for informational and business evaluation purposes. Emperor Brains LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this website.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
